I would like to explain sir why I have an Incomplete Online Faculty Evaluation. I made
sure I was able to evaluate on the specific time and days that were given for students
because I know how hassle it is for us when time comes to enroll. I made time to
evaluate but I don’t really know why I am still incomplete and I was just informed when I
was about to enroll for this summer for I am behind by three subject because I failed in
calculus. I’m sorry for this mistake sir.
