With this booklet I have tried to make it possible for


people with no prior training to understand what
premature ejaculation is, then be able to overcome it and
enjoy much more satisfaction in their intimate lives with
their partners. I have researched many sources to bring
this information to you uncluttered. This booklet is power
packed. You will not have to wade through unnecessary
information in order to get what you need. Everything in
this booklet should be read and understood.

It brings me much happiness that I am able to supply this


information to you. It is my most sincere hope you will
benefit from it.

NOTE:
This research was originally done for those who have
problems with premature ejaculation. The same steps
that are taken to overcome that problem will also produce
results for those who would simply like to be more in
control of the ejaculatory process. Great sex can begin

Introduction

What is premature ejaculation? It is the lack of control


over the ejaculatory process. Premature ejaculation
usually occurs immediately preceding intercourse to
within a couple of minutes after intercourse begins and
usually before the partner is satisfied.

What is not premature ejaculation? Some men feel that


if they can’t last any length of time they choose they have
a problem. Even those with the best ability to control
orgasm don’t last as long as they like, every time. Maybe
your partner is not achieving orgasm and you feel she
might if you could last that extra fifteen minutes. Many
women can achieve orgasm in less than twenty minutes,
some may take longer. You should realize that while
your partner may enjoy intercourse very much there is a
possibility she may not be able to achieve orgasm
through intercourse no matter how long you last. This
fact may have nothing to do with your performance.
Some women are just not orgasmic through intercourse.
In fact, intercourse that lasts too long may become
uncomfortable for your partner. It can create a
discomfort for her that you may not be aware of. She
might find it difficult to bring up this issue. You could try
to talk with your partner about this. You may come up
with other ways for her to achieve orgasm.

For the men who truly suffer with premature ejaculation


or lack of control over the ejaculatory process, you can
learn control. Doing so won’t take any of the pleasure
from sex. It will, in fact, make it more enjoyable for you
and your partner. Rather than trying not to think about it
you will be able to focus on what you are feeling.

I had a problem with premature ejaculation until my


middle twenties. This problem had always taken the
potential to enjoy intimacy with my partner. It was during
that time in my life I came up with an idea to remedy
premature ejaculation. I have since discovered others
have similar methods to my own. Thanks to research
and practice I now enjoy myself completely. No longer
am I apprehensive about not being able to last long
enough. You will not believe the enormous sense of
satisfaction you will have the first time you realize you
have control with your partner, what a great feeling!

Millions of men have no control over ejaculation and think


there is nothing that can be done. That’s right this is one
of the most common sexual problems in men.
Fortunately it is highly treatable with the method you will
read about here.

NOTE:
It should be mentioned there are prescription
medications that can cause premature ejaculation.
And / or if you now have problems with premature
ejaculation but have not always it is recommended that
you seek the advice of a physician.

About the method

Imagine your level of arousal as a graph on a chart. As


the graph reaches its peak, so does your level of arousal.
Just before the peak of the graph, occurs what is called
the point of inevitable orgasm. There is no stopping
orgasm from there. Before the inevitable zone exists
what I call the “safe” zone.

The man who has control will experience all the levels of
arousal in the “safe zone” before inevitable orgasm. He
has learned to monitor his level of arousal in the safe
zone. He can decrease stimulation when needed if he is
not ready to achieve orgasm. He uses the safe zone to
stay safely away from the point of inevitable orgasm.
You will learn the method we use to develop the safe
zone in this booklet.

With premature ejaculation the level of arousal goes


almost immediately to the point of inevitable orgasm.
Passing quickly through the safe zone. The man has no
control in the safe zone before inevitability. He is
probably not even aware of the safe zone. You must
develop and learn to recognize the levels of arousal to
begin learning control. Perhaps the best way to do this is
to practice through masturbation. You can do this with or
without a partner. Read this entire booklet before
beginning.

You will be learning to maintain control over ejaculation


during fifteen minute practice sessions. You will be
focusing on how you feel (your level of arousal). You
should do these exercises at least twice a week. More if
you can.

Make sure you have uninterrupted quiet time for your


sessions. Discuss this with your partner if you like. If
you have a hard time talking about it, you may give her
this booklet to read.

While you are into your practice sessions it is possible


that interest in sexual relations with your partner may
decrease. This is natural. These levels will pick up after
you become successful and slow or eliminate the
sessions. Practice sessions should be showing you
results in three to eight weeks. You must follow all
instructions closely.

During any of the following sessions you may wish to


have sex with your partner. That is okay as long as you
don’t see a reversal in your progress with the practice
sessions.

You may notice yourself drifting in thought during


sessions, that is normal, just be sure to bring yourself
back into focus as soon as you realize you have drifted.
This may happen many times during a session. Bring
yourself back as soon as you realize it each time. It is
also possible to experience a loss of arousal during a
session. You might try visual stimulation or fantasizing to
raise your level of excitement. If you cannot seem to pick
it up again, don’t worry, this is not uncommon. Try again
another time.

During some sessions you will want to allow yourself to


ejaculate before the fifteen minutes are up. You should
not give in to this thinking as it could produce set backs
in your progress.

Time for the sessions. The most important thing to do is


stay focused on how you feel. If you need help to
become aroused you may fantasize or, use visual
stimulation. Only do this if needed. It will be easier to
begin learning control without added visual stimulation.

Start / stop to learn control

The idea is to stop temporarily to keep your level of


arousal from going to the point of inevitable orgasm. In
doing so you will begin to recognize the arousal zone
prior to inevitable orgasm. It is possible to lose part or all
of your erection during these stops. Don’t worry about it,
just continue. If you have problems continuing try visual
stimulation or fantasy. If these don’t work just come back
to it another time, this is not uncommon. You will need to
determine based on your experience what is the proper
amount of time for you to stop. You will only be stopping
long enough to get your level of arousal lowered
sufficiently enough to continue stimulation. If you begin
and find it was too soon just stop again. With time, you
will begin to get a feel for when you need to stop and re-
start. There is no limit, stop as many times as necessary
during a session. The time in which you have stopped
counts in the fifteen minutes.

Remember that all men reach the point of inevitability.


Those who learn control are able to monitor their level of
arousal while in the “safe” zone and stay away from
inevitable orgasm for longer periods.

Get comfortable with the start and stop method to


prolong orgasm to fifteen minutes. Pay attention to your
level of arousal. You will find it gets easier to recognize
when you need to stop. If you try your best with the start
/ stop and still lose control early, don’t worry, it’s part of
learning. Keep up with the sessions and you
will see improvement.

After you complete the fifteen minutes (with start and


stop) it is okay to achieve orgasm if you like.

When you are able to complete the fifteen minutes with


only one or two stops try adding lubrication such as K-Y
Jelly or another non petroleum lubricant of your choice.
Continue with start /stop until you can complete the
fifteen minutes with only one or two stops while using
lubrication. After completion of start/stop with lubrication
(one or two stops only) move to subtle changes.

Adding subtle changes and relaxation to start / stop

Work toward fewer stops during the exercises. Try to


relax the muscles in the pelvic area especially the muscle
in the groin area that contracts on orgasm. Begin
making subtle changes in movement instead of stopping
completely. Change the way you stroke by slowing the
pace or making shorter strokes, etc. You may find that
the head of the penis is more sensitive and begin shorter
strokes, which stay away from this area during
heightened arousal, so on. When arousal levels go down
you may pick up the pace or lengthen your stroke, etc.
These are just some ideas, you may use these and or
other types of changes that work for you. Start / stop is
still okay, however, you are trying to move to subtle
changes instead of stopping.

Be aware of your level of arousal. Make changes far


enough in advance to avoid the point of inevitable
orgasm until the fifteen minutes are up. Stay focused on
your level of arousal. Notice when you get more
comfortable with this exercise how you control the rise
and fall of excitement levels without stopping.

When you can complete this exercise without stopping


add lubrication. When you can complete this exercise
(with lubrication) and no stops you are ready to try with
visual stimulation.

Visual Stimulation (optional)

Video or magazine (video will be more difficult, you may


try it if you wish). Just take it slow and easy, basically
applying the steps you have learned. Do this with
lubrication after successfully completing fifteen minutes
non stop with a dry hand.

You are now more in control than you once thought


possible. At this time, if you haven’t already you are
ready to practice with a partner. All that you have
learned has prepared you for this.

With your partner

There are many options for having sex with a partner


when learning control. You may choose not to have
intercourse at first. You may practice mutual
masturbation or oral sex. In any case you will still be
practicing control for at least fifteen minutes. You will
use all the experience you have gained up until now to
achieve this.

Just as it was with the previous sections you will have to


adjust to find out how far you can go before you stop,
make adjustments, etc. Also like the previous sections,
you will become more comfortable and successful the
more you practice.

You may develop key words or signals to let your partner


know you need to stop or slow down, etc. If you decide
you are ready to try intercourse remember the subtle
changes you have been practicing. Subtle changes in
stroke (speed and length) as well as start / stop and
relaxation of the muscle in the groin area will all be used
to control your level of arousal. You will find some
positions easier to maintain control. Many men find the
bottom position easier when trying to maintain control,
still others say it is easier for them on top. You may also
need to pull completely out for a few moments. You
might try circular motion instead of straight in and out or
deep and slow with hardly any in and out motion. Any of
these techniques or others you will develop can be used.
You will find that different techniques work better
depending on your level of excitement. There is no rule
as to which technique is best, except, slower is usually
better in times of high excitement.

The goal is to keep the level of arousal below that critical


point where ejaculation is imminent. You must focus to
stay aware of how you feel. It is through this focus that
you will make adjustments far enough ahead of time.
These sessions will continue to produce better results
with practice just like the sessions that have preceded.

Summary

You have learned to focus and realize the stages of


arousal. You will find now that you know how to control
the safe zone you can also choose to pass quickly
through it to orgasm. This can be done without penalty
now that you have learned control. If you do feel the
need to sharpen your newly found skill you have the
knowledge.

Most men practice control over the ejaculatory process


the same way you do now. Many of them do it without
ever realizing it.

Be aware, even those with very good control over the


ejaculatory process may have difficulty with a new
partner or certain types of movement. Most women
understand this.

I would also say that while you will have more control
than you ever thought possible… it is not a perfect world.
There will still be times when you will ejaculate more
quickly than you like. There may be certain things that
will always be a tough test, for example, keeping a fast
pace for a long time. That is okay, mix it in if you can,
but don’t forget, there’s something to be said for a nice
slow grind! Maybe your partner is very vocal and this
keeps you barely contained.

As you develop more natural control with a partner you


will be better equipped to handle more stimulation. Talk
with your partner to try to create a mutually beneficial
situation. Communication is key here!

Important note:

I would also like to point out that while the fifteen minute
mark is useful for learning control, it is not a magic
number that you should try to attain each time with your
partner. This should be an individual decision that is
made based on the circumstances of the moment. Your
partner may be completely satisfied in seven minutes for
example. You will have to evaluate based on the
moment if you want to last longer for her or yourself. If
she is satisfied, and it is still good for you both, enjoy it.
On the other hand if she has had enough and you are
ready to achieve orgasm, why go on!
