Executing BIM workshop 9 November

09:00-10:00 Registration & Refreshments
10:00 Workshop starts
16:00 Workshop closes
This workshop, led by Nigel Davies, will work through the process of reviewing an Employers
Information Requirements (EIR) in terms of the client needs with reference to the pragmatic capabilities
of the project teams. Throughout the day, you will assess clauses from actual EIRs and consider how
best to provide the requirements. There will be practical exercises to help prepare a BIM Execution Plan
in response, and to investigate the wider, sometimes neglected, issues of roles and responsibilities.
Anyone attending the workshop will take away invaluable insight into others’ challenges and successes,
have a better outlook on contentious issues and realize what critical factors lead to improved
collaboration and outstanding project performance.
