PRECOURSE PREPARATION CHECKLIST

This checklist gives you information on what you need to do to prepare for this course.
Your success in this course depends on completing this Precourse Preparation Checklist.
Bring this checklist and your Precourse Self-Assessment certificate with you
to the course.

• Complete/pass the ACLS Precourse Self-Assessment on the ACLS Student Website

  –  Print your certificate from the Precourse Self-Assessment and bring the certificate with you
to class.

• Complete a BLS course or be able to perform high-quality BLS, including the use of an AED,
according to the 2015 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC

• Understand the 9 cases in the ACLS Provider Manual

• Understand the ACLS algorithms for the cases in the ACLS Provider Manual
