MINUTES OF MEETING

INSPECTION VISIT-
An inspection visit of Purchase order No - P0005715 was carried on 29 march 2019 by "COMPANY2
Engineering and Marketing Pvt Ltd" (COMPANY2 Valves) at "COMPANY1 Technical Solutions Pvt Ltd"
(COMPANY1) , Palus, Sangli.

The inspection visit began at 9:00 AM and was held between Sudhir Ray of "COMPANY2 Valves" and
Abhay Patil, Tatyasaheb Tange, Sandesh Kamble of COMPANY1.

Aim of inspection visit

1. Final inspection of valve as per approved GA drawing.

2. Hydro-testing of valves as per approved GA drawing.

Conclusions of visit
1. COMPANY1 supplied valves as per approved GA drawings. Gear box supply is not in scope of
COMPANY1.

2. Final inspection was carried out as per approved General Arrangement Drawing and found
satisfactory.

3. Hydro-testing was carried out as per approved GA drawing and found satisfactory.
