    ORDER

    As per the letter read above, Sri. Achuth P. Jayaraj, Bimal Thomas, Sabarinath V. B., Vishnu Narayanan.
    2013 batch BSc-MSc (Int.) Biotech. students has requested to provide accommodation in the UG
    Men's Hostel for a period of 5 months for preparing the examinations of further studies. Dr.
    Jayalekshmy V.G, Professor and Major Advisor, Department of Plant breeding & Genetics has
    recommended for the same.

    Dr. Joy M., Assoc. Professor, Department of Plant Pathology has agreed and recommended to provide
    accommodation to them in the UG Men's Hostel, considering them as a special case.

    In the circumstances, the following orders are issued.

    Sanction is accorded to the Assistant Warden, UG Men's Hostel to accommodate Sri. Achuth P. Jayaraj,
    Bimal Thomas, Sabarinath V. B., Vishnu Narayanan, 2013 batch BSc-MSc (Int.) Biotech. students in UG
    Men's Hostel.

    The students will remit Rs. 530/- per month (Rent: Rs. 500/-, Electricity charge: Rs.20 and Water
    charges: Rs. 10/-) on or before 5th of every month in advance to this office and produce receipt in the
    GL (B) Section. They wil also remit 10/-as admission fee and 500/-as Caution Deposit to this office.

    The inmates should abide by all the rules and regulations governing the hostel. The Assistant Warden
    will watch the remittance of Mess Fee/Rent or any other dues in respect of the inmate.
