Thank you so much for everything you have done for me these past two months. I really appreciate
you taking me to all of my doctors’ appointments over winter break. I would not have been able
to do it alone.

Thanks to you I am on the right track to becoming healthy again. Feeling sick all the time and not
knowing what was wrong was really taking a toll on my mental health. Without you taking me to
appointments and helping me talk with the doctors, I would not be on the path to recovery.

I appreciate everything you do for me, even though sometimes it seems like I am taking your for
granted.
