This is in reference to captioned letter. Please note that the Office of the
Comptroller & Auditor General of India vide its letter no.
____________________________________________________dated 25th October, 2018
regarding filing of Financials and Annual Return of CAPCL for the period 2014-
2015 to 2016-2017, we have attached in Annexure- 1.

Further, For the financial year 2017-2018, it will be filed after AGM, which is
extended by Registrar of Companies upto 31st December 2018. We have
attached extension letter issued by MCA for conduction Annual General Meeting
of the Company in Annexure -2.
