Problem Statement
NGO Management System

Database software is required which is able to manage the whole operations of a NGO. It must the
lessen the burden of manual work in the NGO. Software must be able to store the record of all
donators who donate money to the NGO and it also must be able to manage and store the record of
persons who receive the money from the NGO. It should also deal with transaction in which
donators donate to the NGO and the NGO donates the money to the receiver (needy people). The
project must be capable of only allowing the recognized persons/ administrators to access the
database, which means that each admin has it’s username and password. It should provide fast
retrieval and traversing of the record.
