Good day Sir! We, the students of COLLEGE/FACULTY of XXX UNIVERSITY, are now
undergoing our thesis project entitled: NAME OF RESEARCH. As per part of our thesis
research, we would like to request the floor plans of ten (10) public elementary schools for us
to survey.

We would like to request the floor plans of the following schools in these barangays:

3. Brgy. 8. Brgy.
4. Brgy. 9. Brgy.
5. Brgy. 10. Brgy.

We would assess the schools in these barangays if the schools can withstand an earthquake, if
ever one would occur, and make an evacuation plan to enable the safety of the students,
faculty and staff of these certain schools.
