Q17 Please provide comments in regards to the student teacher's strengths and areas for improvement.

The student teacher has a nice calm demeanor.

The lesson had a nice pace. The students got a chance to share what they know. They could also write questions on note cards for
her.
The Nearpod the student teacher used throughout the lesson was made by her and the cooperating teacher loves it enough to use it in
future years.
The students got the chance during the lesson to show their learning.
The student teacher built an exceptional anchor chart that she filled in with the help of the students.
The student teacher has done great the entire time. She has done everything the cooperating teacher has expected.

Like most new teachers, having that confidence in your voice is going to take some time. Over time you will continue to master the art of
"owning" the room and making it yours. I love how you allow the students to quietly discuss their learning with you and others. With a
little tighter structure, the kids will know how much noise is too much. The kids are doing great for you though and I love how they are
getting excited about their learning.
