Like most new teachers, having that confidence in your voice is going to take some time. Over time you will continue to master the art of
"owning" the room and making it yours. I love how you allow the students to quietly discuss their learning with you and others. With a
little tighter structure, the kids will know how much noise is too much. The kids are doing great for you though and I love how they are
getting excited about their learning.
