Once I wake up, I stay in bed about 10 minutes before I get up.
I go for a bath.
I set out things for breakfast the next morning and lay out my clothes to wear the next day.
I lock the door and brush my teeth and Get ready for bed.
At around 11.30 I set the alarm and read a book for about 30 minutes.
Then Finally at around 12 pm I turn off the lights and go to bed/ get in bed.
