Collaboration in Teaching

Teaching was in a new era, wherein collaboration with your colleague was a big factor to
target ones goal to attain success, just like the old sayings goes that three head is better
than one.
We need to hold hands to fulfill the plan to help our children or the child in our hands to
excel in the field of Education.

As we are all aware of that the new generation is a big challenge, especially with the
study habits of youth, now a day indulge in technology with pros and cons, can’t hold
their addiction, hard to limit them that their studies were affected. It is true that it helps
them to learn in an easiest manner in this competitive world, but they tend to go
without disciple. So by teacher’s methods on how to deal with such behavior of our
pupils, we need good collaboration with our colleague to solve and address the issues
towards learning.
The point here was to cultivate a child focusing on their whole being in collaborative
approach.
