Probation: You would be initially be on probation for three (3) months. First performance appraisal exercise will be conducted after six (6) months of your service. Your probation maybe extended/reduced based on your performance. On successful completion of probation period and based on your performance during probation period, you maybe considered for confirmation in the grade of Assistant Manager, subject to your performance, 3. Duties and responsibilities: You will, at all times are required to carry out duties and responsibility assigned to you by the organization, faithfully and diligently and comply with all the established policies and procedures, endeavoring to the best of your ability to protect and promote the interest of the organization. 4. Working Hours: Your normal working hours are from 09:30 hrs to 18:00 hrs from Monday _to Friday and on 1*, 3% and 5" Saturday of each month, You may be required to work additional hours as appropriate to fulfil the responsibilities/commitments of your role go" S, Remuneration: ‘Your remuneration shall be as follows: ) You shall be eligible for a monthly salary of INR 42,000/- per month (annually INR 5,04,000/-). (Taxes as applicable). b) On confirmation, you will also be eligible for a bonus of 25% of your annual salary on achieving the given targets. ©) Additional Bonus are also payable for over and above ofigiven target. It will be equivalent to 10% of excess achieved targets as profit sharing. 6. ition: a) Atwill : Either party shall be free to terminate this agreement at will and at any time with cause ‘upon 30 days’ notice in writing by the party desirous of terminating this agreement or payment of equivalent salary in lieu thereof. b) Breach or Misconduct: Notwithstanding anything herein, the organization shall be entitled to terminate this agreement forthwith, without notice, in the event you are found to have engaged in (i) any act to neglect or misconduct in the discharge of your duties or in conduet of organization's business. (ji) Any other act or omission inconsistent of your duties (ii) Any breach of this agreement or the organization policy. 7. Acceptance If you agree to the aforesaid terms and conditions of your appointment in your company, you may ‘communicate to us your acceptance of our offer of appointment within 10 days from the date of this letter.
