Associate – Investment Banking

Designation : Associate/Senior Associate – Investment Banking

Experience : 2 – 4 yrs

Vertical – Equity Capital Markets

Location : Mumbai

CTC : As per market standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in execution of all Equity Capital Marketing transactions like IPOs, QIPs, Buy
Back of securities etc.
• Preparation of collaterals for deals, Business Development initiatives, preparation of Marketing
Material like Information Memorandum & presentations
• Preparing financial modeling & pitch for the client presentation
• Risk Assessment, Cash Flow Modeling and Business Valuations
• Business Analysis of the client business
• Execution support to the team in terms of due diligence, documentation etc.

Reporting: Coverage Banker

Qualification:

• Professional Qualifications/ Certifications: MBA (preferable) CA

• Excellent Financial Analysis skills and Presentation skills are must haves.
