Title: DepEd Bataan Schools Unified Website and Parents/Students Portal.

Rationale: Having a website nowadays means having presence 24/7 since 6 out 10 people can
access the internet. In the Philippines, Department of Education is the biggest department known
who’s responsible for those 27.7 million students and teachers. Lots of innovations can be
observed on the department but failed to have an online presence for their schools. Parents still go
to school to make an update about their child’s education status and progress but since many
parents nowadays used to work for their everyday needs; they fail to check or to be updated. In
addition, student’s grades can be monitored only after the release of the Form 138 also known as
the Report Card.
In order to solve those concerns, the proponent would like to come up with a Website that can
manage to produce a unified website for each schools in the Division of Bataan. Every schools
will be given an access to the website for them to change some of the website’s designs and post
a school event or an update. They are also allowed to give permissions to their teachers to post the
student’s grade by simple uploading their E-Class Record. Students will be registered to the system
for them to view their grades and notices. Parents will also be registered to view their child’s status,
grades and concerns including fees and etc. The division of Balanga can do a Data Analysis
regarding the gathered data from the teachers and other users.
