REACTION PAPER
Accounting Information System (AIS) is a subject that helps us to perform and train accounting
procedures that we have learned. Many of us have this slightly new feeling about this subject.
Even though it is hard and many of my classmates are restless, it is worth it for us to experience
this kind of sensation. Many said they are having a hard time completing each activities, and it's
not different from us. We also have a bad time that every time that our work is not going on what
we have planned. And as time goes by, we are managing to accomplish every work we face.
Now that our first activity arrived, all of us has been formulating on how to use the app Peach
Tree. Many of us has a hard time exploring it and many has already know how to use it. Our
group has a hard time for exploring each functions that we need to use for this activity. Although
it's hard, it's still enjoyable after you have do it.
And now the second activity has given to us. Many of us thinks that it's still the same as the first
activity. But harder than the previous activity. It needs to establish customers, vendors, payroll
and inventory. At first, we all do the same approach as the first activity, but a lot has to be done.
We lack the amounts that the vendors and customers that must be present. And we have troubles
on payroll because we have not put any wages on every employee. Although it's so stressful and
a hard job, it leaves a huge impact on our minds on how to make it right.
Activity three was a more complicated problem that we ever faced since the semester start. It is
the same as the activity two. But now assembly of the materials is need to be presented. And we
also needed to present a monthly remittances of SSS, PHILHEALTH, and PAG-IBIG. making
remittances is easy when your information about you're employee is accurate. Although many
was wrong o putting employer tin number, it is still a lot fun compare to the previous activity.
And I can't forget that Sir Greg got disappointed in us because of not being able present the
presentation in time even that we are given enough time to prepare. And I really felt sad about it.
And at last, the final activity has came to us. For us it is the hardest activity of all. Having
difficulties because of a five month basis for this reporting. We are having a hard time preparing
this activity and having difficulties on this makes our report to be postponed because of lack of
time.
Even we have been all those hardships here in our time. It is still worth a time doing it. having a
background on making financial statements and even having a huge gap on others that doesn't
even know how to make one. Thanks to our professor, Mr. Greg O. Saclot, for teaching this
subject to us and we will treasure it. And also thanks to my group mates for helping me to make
every activity done.
