*Show and explain to your students
the purpose of a family tree before
doing this activity.

Have your students brainstorm what

they could use to show the members
of their family without the tree
symbol. For example, using the rays
of a rainbow to list the members of
their family.

Give your students the attached

paper for them to show their family
structure. I have provided 2
different paper choices for you to
use.
