Academic Year 2012-2013

I. Rationale:
The Office of the President of the University is primary responsible to
developing, implementing and evaluating all university activities, programs and
plans. This responsibility is assumed by the University president who leads the
office.
II. Objectives:

The following are the objectives of this Supervisory Program:


1. To ensure that University programs and activities are implemented;
2. To provide schedule in accomplishing activities directly under the Office of
the President;
3. To provide a basis for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the
