Convenient access into the area will be made possible via a direct link to the Coastal
Highway Southern Link. In addition, sufficient accessible parking spaces to
accommodate all visitors will be provided by a multi-access, drive-through parking
complex directly integrated into each level of the commercial building.

Strategic Location, Access to Foreign Wealth and Government Plans to


Transform Location into a bustling Commercial Hub
Located at the heart of the Iskandar Malaysia development zone, CI Medini’s strategic
location and revolutionary design concept are the core values driving the developer’s
proposals to attract investors. It includes:
(i) Direct access from Singapore to Johor Bahru via the Coastal Highway
Southern Link (CHSL) and Customs and Quarantine Complex (CIQ),
promising a substantial flow of foreign wealth into the area.

(ii) Local property prices are expected to skyrocket due to strong, on-going
government interests to transform the location into a major commercial
hub (Iskandar Regional Development Authority). In 2019, the Iskandar
Malaysia Special Economic Zone will expand to include two new districts,

The upcoming multi-level drive-in direct access commercial district is scheduled to be


built on Plot C17 of the Iskandar Malaysia residential/commercial zone, with a total
expected area ranging from 441 to 2,034 square feet and comprising 355 shop units.
It will be built in the centre of CI Medini and serve as the primary
commercial/entertainment zone. It will be easily accessible from all other districts in CI
Medini, including its residential, commercial, education and medical centres.
Access into CI Medini will be granted via the Coastal Highway Southern Link (which also
links to Legoland). Plans for a proposed covered pedestrian walkway connecting ION
AXXES to Medini 6 will also enable additional traffic from the adjoining area.
Estimated date of completion is to be within 36 months post SPA (Sales & Purchase
Agreement), approximately by the end of 2019.
