The guiding principle of a PLC (professional learning community) is to ensure high levels of LEARNING for ALL 
students.  Therefore, the impact on learning will be the focus of the PLC weekly meetings.
**WCPS Priority Standards & Units on the Wiki site, as well as CIITS are main resources for every gr level. The PLC 
will focus on ways to effectively engage students using Antonetti, Marzano, Thoughtful Ed. type strategies.
