EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGMENT FORM

I have received a copy of the Employee Code of Conduct of the JACINTO COLORSTEEL INC.

As an employee, the Company or I may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with
or without cause; and there is no express or implied agreement between the Company and myself for
any specific period of employment or for continuing or long term employment.

Since the information described here are subject to change, I acknowledge that revisions to the
Code of Conduct may occur and furthermore, I understand that the revised information may supersede,
modify or eliminate existing policies.

I fully accept that it is my responsibility to read and comply with the provisions contained in the
Code of Conduct and any revisions made thereof.
