Dear Mya,

I am delighted to offer you a full-time position with Tideline Advisors, LLC (“Tideline”
or the “Company”) as Analyst (BlueMark), reporting to Tristan Hackett. Your work hours
will be determined on an as-needed basis.
You will be paid at a rate of $52,000 per year, less all applicable withholdings, payable in
accordance with the Company’s standard payroll schedule. You will be eligible to
participate in Company employee benefits, including group health or other insurance.
You agree to abide by the Company’s rules, regulations, policies and practices, as revised
by the Company from time to time. You also agree that your employment with Tideline is
not for any specified period of time, and that you are employed at will, which means that
either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time, for any reason,
with or without cause or advance notice.
This letter sets forth the entire agreement between you and Tideline concerning your
employment, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous representations or
understandings with respect to your employment. Although your job duties, title, and
compensation, as well as the Company’s personnel policies and procedures, may change
from time to time, the at-will nature of your employment may only be changed in an
express written agreement signed by you and the Managing Partner of the Company.
This offer is contingent upon you signing and returning to me both this offer letter and the
Tideline Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement.
In addition, on your first day of employment, you will be asked to provide proof of your
eligibility to work legally in the United States and to sign such documents as are
customarily executed at the time of starting employment with Tideline.
This offer of employment will be open until the close of business on July 7, 2021. We look
