PROBATIONARY EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Dear Ms. Geronimo:

We are please to confirm your employment with Da’Kudos Beach Resort Inc. on
PROBATIONARY STATUS, with designation of Accounting Staff under the following terms
and conditions:

1. This probationary employment is for a period not to exceed three (3) months commencing
on June 26, 2019. You shall remain on probationary status until and unless we notify you
in writing. On or before the expiration of your probationary period, your services will be
discontinued or shall be transferred to permanent employee.

During your probationary employment, you will be working with us on a trial basis to
determine your fitness for regularization. Your conversion to permanent status shall be
based on your having successfully passed/complied with our established standard for
regularization which are based, among others, on the following criteria: dependability,
efficiency, initiative, attitude towards work/the public/the Company, its officers and other
colleagues, cooperation, client response, judgment, punctuality, quality/quantity of work,
educability, draftsmanship, articulates, and professionalism.

The Company likewise reserves its right to terminate our probationary employment, even
prior to the expiration of your probationary period, for any of the just and authorized
process provided by existing law and for your having failed to satisfactorily meet and
comply with the above mentioned standards, conditions, and requirements. In such event,
you will be entitled to collect only your salary up to the end of working hours of the last
day of your actual service.

2. For giving your time and attention to the work assigned to you, you shall be paid a daily
salary of SIX HUNDRED PESOS (Php600.00) , payable semi-monthly, on the 5th and
20th of the month.

3. You agree to abide by all the Company rules and regulations which shall be your duty to
study and know immediately upon employment, and to refrain, during your employment
with the Company, from working for another employer whether within or outside your
working hours with the Company, unless done with prior written consent of the
Company.

4. You are expected to work eight (8) hours a day, six (6) days a week, Monday through
Friday or on other schedule as agreed by you and the Company provided that the 6 days a
week work is followed, and/or render overtime beyond the 8 hours work when required
 and you shall be compensated according to the provision of the Labor Code. Your work
hours would be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with one (1) hour break.

5. Any and all expenses you may incur in the execution of the duties of your position shall
be reimbursed to you, provided that such expenses are duly authorized by the Company.

6. This contract of service does not entitle you to vacation and / or sick leaves nor to any
other benefits that is or may hereafter be granted only to regular and permanent
employees, except those which the company, as a matter of policy and upon its discretion,
extends to all employees regardless of status and those provided by law.

7. You agree that all records and documents of the Company and all information or secret
processes pertaining to its business or affairs are confidential and unauthorized disclosure
or reproduction of the same will not be made by you at any time during or after you
employment. You agree that any breach of confidentiality will constitute sufficient
ground for immediate termination of your contract of service for cause, without prejudice
to any liability for civil charges.

8. You consent to submit yourself to bodily search when coming in or going out of the
Company premises and your refusal to do so shall be subject to disciplinary action.

9. It is expressly agreed and understood that there are no verbal agreement or

understandings between you and the Company affecting this Agreement and that no
alterations or variations of the terms hereof shall be binding upon either parties to this
Agreement unless the same is revised in writing and signed by you and the Company.

We welcome you into our organization and trust your association with us will be mutually
beneficial.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of the original copy of this letter agreement and agree and bind
