KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement is made and entered into this 21 day of July 2020 at Subic bay freeport zone,
Olongapo city, By and between:

Edward P. Ferrer 24 yrs old Natural Filipino Citizen
Patrick D. Penaflor 21 yrs old Natural Filipino Citizen
Carl Armand Fabian 22 yrs old Natural Filipino Citizen
Jasper M. Isaac 22 yrs old Natural Filipino Citizen

WHEREAS, the individuals agree to enroll to Victory GYM and Athletic Club Inc. and to use
the facilities in order to maintain physical fitness every day,
Now therefore, in consideration of the above agreement if any of the party decide to repudiate in
the agreement, he will pay the amount of Php 1,500 only.
In the event that a party, Cristopher A. Nacino, Edward P. Ferrer, Patrick D. Penaflor, Carl
Armand Fabian and Jasper M. Isaac decide to take an absent in their daily session in the gym
they will pay an amount not less than Php 200 for the first offense and escalating by Php 100 for
every offense thereafter. .
The party has up to 3 chance of absent every month before the penalty is applied.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused their duly authorized representatives to sign
this AGREEMENT as of the date first written above.
