How To Make Rice Liwet

Ingredients :
 3 cup rice
 Enough water
 3 pieces of bay leaf
 1 lemonggrass
 3 pieces of red onion
 1 pieces of garlic
 8 pieces cayenne pepper (to taste)
 Oil for frying
 1 tablespoon salt (to taste)

Steps :

 Wash rice and pint of water to cook rice in rice coocker

How To Make Bajigur

Ingredients :

 Black coffee 2 tablespoons


 Coconut milk condensed 1 liter
 Sugar java red 100 grams (finely sliced)
 Granulated sugar 2 tablespoons finely
 Salt ½ teaspoon
 Pandan leaves 2 sheets (ropes forming the cover)

Steps :

 Boil thick coconut water in the prepared pan, then stir until boiling
 Put sugar into the boiling coconut milk red then black coffee pasirputih and sugar,
stirring, stirring constantly, use a small fire to make let stand until mixture of coconut
milk and other ingredientswas absolutely boiling and mature, while continuing in the
