• Review other technologists work and approve before it goes to the Cytogenetics Director for final reporting
• Manage 7 healthcare professionals by providing feedback and address performance that does not meet expectations
• Approve all purchase orders and oversee weekly equipment check to order necessary supplies for adequate workflow
• Organize all monthly meetings & weekly huddles to evaluate performance measurements, critical for business growth
• Monitor technologists daily to meet throughput and OT budgets by leveraging or scheduling additional labor hours
