39 Woodpicker St., Cam Woodhills, Brgy. San Antonio, San Pedro Laguna, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as the SELLER;

IN FAVOR OF…

MELINDA HALLIG AVECILLA, Filipino, of legal age married, with residence and postal address at
Blk. 11, Lot 3 Christian Ave., Veraville Homes 2, Pulang Lupa Dos, Las Pinas City, Philippines,
hereinafter referred to as the BUYER;

WITNESETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum of One Million, One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only
(P1,150,000.00) Philippines Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the SELLER hereby
SELLS, CEDES, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS unto the BUYER his/heirs and assigns, free of any
liens, claims or encumbrances, whatsoever that certain truck motor vehicle, more particularly described
as follows, with:

above as evidenced by Certificate of Registration with CR No. 306923901 and Official Receipt with OR
No. 000000043992101; That this sale is subject to all warrants provided by law for the protection of the
BUYER and that above motor vehicle being sold is free from any and all liens and encumbrances; That I
hereby warrant unto the SELLER peaceful ownership of the above described motor vehicle and that
I will defend the rights of the SELLER from any claimsof whatever kind of nature from third parties.
