 Studying customer inputs, specifications and feedback and making modifications accordingly
 Undertaking digitization of customer sample with Renishaw Cyclone and Microscribe MX and scanning
the customer sample with Steinbichler, white light scanner
 Developing 2D drawing using AutoCAD, Rhinoceros and 3D model using CATIA-GSD, Rapidform XOR3
 Generating NC code for 3D model & core part using PowerMILL
 Performing casting model review and ensuring on time delivery of casting model for mould making
 Taking data from casted cavity part with the help of white light scanner and developing core part with
CATIA
 Conducting inspection of the finished moulds with a view to highlight the shortcomings
 Working in accordance with Production Manager & the Project Engineer for Scheduling an activity of
department in view of teamwork achievement.
