    Martin Siemans completed his third week of internship at Point O' Woods Golf and Country Club. He worked 10-4 hours on Sunday assisting with Mother's Day Brunch setup and breakdown.     -Sunday being Mothers Day Brunch with setup and breakdown

    -Led the wait staff in resetting the clubhouse for the second seating of Mothers day

    -Assisted Beth in creating wait staff work schedule

    Meetings and Activities Observed:


    -Met with our head golf pro to discuss the differences between corporate, private,
    and publicly owned country clubs

    Student Comments:
    -Mothers Day Brunch and Easter brunch are the two true kickoffs to the summer.
    These two events are the first chance to get the members excited about the food,
    service, and atmosphere of the club.
