TRAINER’S PROFILE
Ariffin, guest speaker of TV1, TV2, TV3 and Radio Brunei, frequently speaks on shows regarding leadership and management. He is also an international
speaker which speaks outside the country as in Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei.
Ariffin was graduated from Liverpool John Moore’s University, United Kingdom. He has then obtained his postgraduate education from Hull University,
United Kingdom in Human Resources Management. Ariffin has worked in a consultancy firm in United Kingdom before coming back to Malaysia. With
his vast experience in both local and overseas, he manages to share with participants valuable insights especially in the areas of Change Management,
High Impact Leadership Skill, Corporate Customer Service and Performance Improvement through Empowerment.
Ariffin has been the Vice President of the Institute of Organisation Development (IOD) and also the Secretary General in the Malaysia Association of
Management and Administration.
