Dear Hon. Richard L. Manila:

I write on behalf of Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) regarding the Notice of Violation
(NOV) dated March 21, 2019, which we received last April 4, 2019 from your good
office regarding our deficiencies and failure to submit pertinent documents and records
for our Futura Homes Subdivision Zamboanga City Project

As much as we like to respond to your NOV within 10 days, we regret we need

an extension in order to confirm on our end the deficiencies stated in the NOV.
Considering the need to coordinate with FLI's branch offices in Cebu, Cagayan De Oro,
and Zamboanga City for the pertinent and voluminous documents and records of the
project, we would like to request for an extension of 15 days or until April 30, 2019. This
extension will allow us to thoroughly review the deficiencies in the NOV.

We trust your faithful and kind consideration on this matter and affirm our
commitment to sincerely resolve the concerns stated in the NOV.
