2nd Demand Letter

Dear Maam:
This letter is a formal notice to you demanding that you make immediate payment
of the unpaid rent due under the terms and conditions of our Lot Rental Contract:
As of March 14 - 2020 and October to November 14 - 2020, your Lot rental
payment is (3) three months past due. Your rent was due on Novenber 14 - 2020 The
following is an itemization of the total amount due:
Unpaid rent: = March 14, 2020 outstanding balance = ₱2,000
October 14, 2020 = ₱ 6,000
November 14, 2020 = ₱ 6,000
Total = ₱ 14, 000

This is a serious situation that requires your attention, this is a formal notice,
demanding that you take immediate action under the terms and conditions of our lot
rental agreement. If payment is not received by December 13, 2020. Legal action to
enforce your obligations under the rental agreement may be taken.

Attached is a copy of the 1st demand letter with registered mail reciept dated November
5, 2020, with the lot rental agreement you signed on October 13, 2019.
