I am the biggest fan of your poems books. I love “ 20 Poesias y una traicion” The principal character of
this book is the love . When I read your poems I travel to those settings and your writings have the
power to transmit your feelings. I think, your poems have thought me the best way to demonstrate my
love. They have also been written in simple form and it help us to understand your point of view with

I think the life is very short. You understand this when you are old and you have wasted too much time
in unimportant things. Therefore I want to travel around the world and recuperate the lost time. The
first city I would like to know is Paris. It offers many romantic places to visit such as the Eifel Tower. Also
Paris is recognized by its perfumes . I love them. I would buy all kinds of brands there and I would bring
to my friends. If I were there, I could know to a famous painter and I could fall in love. I imagine, that
Paris is the home of my couple

WRITING

Certain countries protect their native industries by imposing heavy

tariffs on imported goods. Other countries encourage imports in order
to ensure their citizens access to as many goods as possible. Should
countries be allowed to impose high tariffs on imports or should all
countries allow each other free access to their markets? What do you
think? Give reasons and examples to support your opinion.

Many countries could have reasons to impose a high tax to the imported goods in order to promote
their industry . But I think the best way to offer quality and varied goods to the citizens is opening the
doors to the imports without addition of taxes . My experience as a saleswoman has taught me that If I
have a big variety of products made in all parts of the world, with a low cost , I will sell more than if I
only have native products to offer to my clients. One of my friends has traveled to China and has bought
all goods the mind can imagine. She imported this commodity and she did not have to pay a tax for it.
There fore she could sell all things in a good prices.

Furthermore eliminating tax to the imports will avoid the smuggling that much damage has caused in
the past. If we review the History , we can observe that when authorities imposed some taxes to the
imports of cigarettes and alcohol, some people were encouraged to develop the smuggling and this fact
caused many criminal actions.

In addition importing goods is benefic to people because they have the opportunity to choose what
product they want. This opens the doors to the good competition between the native and import
goods, and obligate to offer quality .

In conclusion Imports without taxes can develop the business, move the economy and is beneficial to
people who can choose their preferences.

Often former government regulators are offered jobs by the industries

that they had previously been overseeing. Critics say that this is a
conflict of interest, while others say it’s not justifiable to restrict
individuals’ actions once they’ve left public service. What do you
think?

I think , People who work in government institutions should not accept a job in the industries that they
have been overseen, since it might show some conflicts of interest. In my country many assemblymen
and assemblywomen who has the obligation of control some process, quality of products or legal
documents have not done their job well. This action demonstrate that they are working in a strategy to
get job in those companies or industries when they have to leave the Assembly.

Moreover anyone can serve to two goods. It means that it is impossible to be a good judge and jury. It
cause that they would close their eyes to the complaints if they appeared . They will not have the
freedom to take decisions in benefit of the country and they will have obligations with their future
bosses.

Actually something similar is occurring in Ecuador. China has lent to Ecuador, many millions to pay past
debts. This action sounds well but if we analyze deeply, we will understand Ecuador can not claim about
the bad quality of buildings that their companies have done here.

In brief, I can say that we might doubt the quality of job of people who accept to work in the
companies that they were overseeing and the quality of their values.
