A meet of the faculty members of the institute took place in the office of “IMPULSE”.
The following members were present:

The following points were made:

 Time-table was re-framed and all the morning classes were decided to be shifted to the
afternoon session. In this connection, a time-table was made on-spot that would be
implemented from 31-08-2015 (Monday).
 Platforms were decided to be made for class-rooms. It was decided that wooden frames with ply
shuttering and concrete layer would be chosen for the construction. The arrangement of the
carpenter etc. was entrusted to Mr. Suhaib-ul-Hassan & Mr. Lateef Ahmad.
 The issue of understanding and explaining the roles of the Director and the Head was left
unresolved.
 Regarding Examination-Assignments, it was decided that a cycle date-sheet would be prepared
as under:

(Thursday 1)

In this connection, it was decided that the respective assignments and question papers would be
handed over to Mr. Lateef Ahmad well in time for the smooth functioning of the examination
process.
 Regarding purchasing, it was decided that the much-needed locker, notice-board, computer
system and Aqua-guard water purifier would be purchased in two twos. The purchasing of first
two items would be carried out by Mr. Lateef Ahmad and Mr. Suhaib-ul-Hassan and that of the
remaining two would be carried out by Dr. Suhail Gulzar and Mr. Firdous Ahmad.
 Regarding rent-deed, it was decided that the much-needed attention to the issue would be
given as soon as possible and Mr. Nasir Ahmad and Mr. Lateef Ahmad would be handling the
issue.
 Regarding re-registration for the next session, it was decided that Mr. Hilal Ahmad accompanied
by Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad would be looking after the formalities needed in this regard.
 Regarding the requirement of another Mathematics faculty member, it was found that the
institute would discuss it at length some time sooner than later.
 Regarding coordinators, it was expressed that the coordinators role in the institution was not
properly played and a replacement was suggested.
