The Campus Student Council (CSC), together with the Governors of different departments of the
campus, Presidents of different Non – Political Student Organizations, and Class Presidents, will
be having a meeting on August 14, 2018, Tuesday, at the MAPEH Room, NEUST – SIC at exactly
4:00 in the afternoon to discuss the following agenda:

1. Monthly plan and activities for the 1st Semester, A. Y. 2018 – 2018
2. Preparation for Alay Sa Freshmen 2018
3. Other matters

In view of the foregoing, may the undersigned humbly request your consent on the
abovementioned date of the said meeting and also your permission to use the MAPEH Room as
our venue.

Furthermore, the undersigned requests that the attendees will be excused from their respective
classes and also be given a chance to take all academic requirements that they will miss during the
said event.
