Dear Mr. Dela Cruz:

Greetings in name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

I, whose signature appears below, hereby wholeheartedly inform you of my decision to resign as
the Secretary of Non – Political Student Organization (NPSO) Federation. While serving as
a member of the federation, I have seen much growth in the organization and I am truly satisfied
with the progress we have made. I feel that my contribution has met its limit and the federation is
very much willing to extend its support to me if I were to resign. Furthermore, I do strongly
believe that I have efficiently and effectively performed the duties of my position.

In doing so, I think that I can’t manage my time anymore since I am the Secretary of the San
Isidro Campus Student Council (SICSC), President of the English Language and
Literature Society (ELLitS), and the appointed President of the Academic Achievers
Supreme Society (ACERS).

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be part of such a strong and dedicated team. I look
forward to hearing of the continued success of the federation. I hope that my resignation does not
in any way cause inconvenience and I would like to apologize in advance if this is the case.
