the event of and in relation to job placement by Michael Page Group and only when Michael Page Group works
for a client regarding a particular position that I am being considered for and my data is relevant to contact
me regarding placement. I am aware that beside Michael Page International (Deutschland) GmbH also other
companies affiliated with the Michael Page Group have access to my personal data. The forwarding of my
data to third parties, especially to clients of Michael Page International, will only be done in each case, if
Michael Page International has discussed the respective vacancy with me and has my explicit consent to
forward my data to the client. Regarding the storing, utilisation and forwarding of my personal data Michael
Page International has to comply with the regulations of the German Bundesdatenschutzgesetz. I am aware
that I can revoke my given consent at any time and that I do not have a legal claim for the utilisation of my
