Cain and Abel
(Genesis 4 )
Narrator : After Lord chase away Adam and Eve from the garden of Eden. In a little while she
conceived and gave birth to Cain and she said:
Narrator : And again she gave birth, to his brother Abel. And was a tender of sheep, but Cain was
a tiller of the ground.
Cain : Lord, I give a half from the fruit of my ground hope yo receive my gift to You.
Abel : Lord, I also brought an offering from my eidest sheep child, that is from it fatest. Hope
your receive my gift to You.
Narrator : Then, Lord had regard for abel and for his offering. But for cain and for his offering He
had no regard. And cain became very angry, and his countenance feel.
Cain : Lord, why you no regard my offering besides my offering more better than Abel.
Lord : Why are you angry, and why has your countenance fallen? If you do well, will not your
countenance be litted up? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching athe the door; and
his disere if for you, but you must rule over him.
Narrator : Then he has bad intend to Abel his brother because he was jealous.
Narrator : And when they were in the field, cain rose up against abel his brother and slew him.
Then he come back home. Then Lord said to cain.
Cain : My punishment is greater than i can bear. Now you have driven me out this day from
the face of the ground, and from your face. I will be hidden; and I will be a fugitive and a
wanderer on the earth, and whoever find me will kill me.
Lord : Therefore whoever kill cain, vengeance will be taken on him seven fold.
Narrator : And Lord put a mark on cain; so that anyone who found him would not strike him and
cain forth from the presence of Lord and dwelt in the lands of Nod, east of Eden.
