 I believe that every child is a unique individual with different intelligences.

And as a teacher it is my task to help him/her understand and appreciate


himself/herself. I will motivate him/her to learn and express his/her own
thought.

 I believe that every child deserves to be treated fairly without bias, and no to
favoritism. It is very important for me to shape his/her behavior, his/her good
moral values by providing for a favorable environment since every child is a
product of his/her environment.

 I believe that as his/her teacher it is very important to me to teach his/her the


mastery of the three basics skills. It helps boost his/her intellect to learn for
this is his/her first step to improve and understand the significant of learning.

 I believe that it is very important to every child to develop his/her


communication skills, through socialization, giving him/her group activities. It
is his/her chance to voice out or express their thoughts, feelings and actions.
This will be his/her weapon to gain more confidence and it is a good practice
to never afraid to fail and to never afraid to strive for success.

 I believe that according to the most popular advocate that the book learning is
no substitute for actual experience and so I believe that engaging to hands-on
activity helps retain more learnings, because he/she interact with the nature
on society. For me it is one of my strategies to emphasize the teaching of my
subject matter what is really all about that provides better transfer of
learning.

 I believe that as a teacher I must be flexible, open to change and communicate


successfully with both parents and students. It is very important to also deal
with my colleagues and administrator and show professionalism. And asked
for guidance and advices for me to learn more and grow in my career. As the
saying goes, “experience is the best teacher”.
