A Deadly Disease

HIV, a virus that has no cure

Thus, people know for sure
You may have it, but you don’t know
Attacking your immune system and not letting it grow
You get fever, chills or rash
Technically, you just gotta spend all of your cash
After years you may get cancer
Chemo-therapies then will be the answer
HIV can be spread by blood and fluids
It can be stupid
But it’s the truth, which can cause pain as if you are pullin’ out a tooth
It won’t spread when you are shaking hands or hugging your friends
Well, let’s hope it doesn’t, which in that case we’ll have to make amends
Always try to make the right choice and maybe we’ll be able to hear your voice
But it’s always better to stay safe than be sorry
Maybe using condoms the right way and reduce contact than worry
