We would love to host you at The Southern! For private dining in the the heart
of downtown Nashville, look no further than our Demonbreun Room.With
space for up to 60 seated or 75 for a standing cocktail reception. The
Demonbreun Room is the ideal space for a private dinner, brunch, business
meeting, or cocktail reception. For smaller groups, we’re happy to divide the
room into two sections, which can be reserved separately with different capacities
and minimums (see page 3).

*Please Note: A signed contract and credit card information is required at the time of booking
to reserve the space. If the party is canceled within fourteen (14) days of the event, a
cancellation fee of 30% of the required minimum may be charged to the card on file.

WHAT A/V EQUIPMENT DO YOU HAVE AT THE SOUTHERN?
The Demonbreun Room Side B has a 60-inch flat screen TV with VGA and HDMI hookups
for your laptop. Side A and Side B have separate audio controls, and we also offer a Bose
Soundstick PA system (microphone + speaker + subwoofer), LCD projector, and 6ft screen for
private dining guests. Our A/V Fee is $50.
ADDITIONAL FEES?
•The Southern Steak and Oyster charges a $20 per 750ml bottle corkage fee for any outside
wine brought into the restaurant for guests.
