Abstract
Commerce includes exchange of goods and service at large scale. It’s a very wide term.
To boost the economic development of any country commerce Education is very important.
There is huge demand of professional like Economists, Accountants, Tax experts, Company
Secretary etc. to attain the objective of growth with stability. Keeping in view the above facts
and demand of the time, prospects of Commerce Education seems very bright. To avail the
advantage of Commerce, a lot of world class educational institutions have been opened to
educate students in the field of Commerce in India. Many new courses, degrees and diplomas in
commerce have been started in recent years to provide practical knowledge of commerce. The
focus of this paper is to know the recent trends in commerce education in India.
