Notice for claiming relaxation under CEN No.

02/2018, required for

Document Verification (DV) only for DV Eligible candidates

Consequent to the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) result of RRC/ER, the

candidates who are claiming relaxation under CEN No.02/2018 are instructed to
download related annexures from the website of RRB/Bangalore through the link
available for CEN No.02/2018. The annexures shall be submitted at the time of
Document Verification (DV) for which detailed schedule would be shortly uploaded.

The candidates with discrepancies in bio-data details, are instructed to

submit a legal affidavit sworn in front of 1st Class Judicial Magistrate and also
submit the relevant documents to justify their claims. Wherever discrepancy is in
father’s name of candidate, the affidavit and supportive documents would be
required to be submitted by the candidate as well as by his or her father at the time
of Document Verification (DV).

However, it would be the discretion of the DV committee to investigate the

discrepancies and decide the outcome as per extant rules/guidelines of Railway
