It has come to our attention that there are instances where receipts
are already issued to our valued clients under the company name
(Alpha Insurance & Surety Company, Inc.) but payments are not yet
given.

In order to protect the rights of the company and the management,

the undersigned has come up with a solution to protect its interest by
strictly prohibiting the issuance of receipts without payment. To wit:

“Any person who shall issue a receipt without the

payment in full shall shoulder the amount stated therein.”

The company and the management should not be burdened by the

wrong doings of its employees.
