The employee company and surety are hearing after individually referred to as a
party and collectively as parties where as the company has agreed to provide the
employee with the employment and for that purpose offered him/her the path of

Now therefore a consideration of covenants herein contained the parties hereto
agree as follows.
1. That the employee shall during the course of employment during duly the

4. The amount specified about shall constitute a debts going to the company
and shall be recoverable from the employee and the security jointly and
severally with interest there on at the rate @ 18 % per annum specified
above till the date of payment.
5. That this deed will continue to be valid until the expiry of six months
subsequent to the date of which the employee is really relieved from the
services of the company.
6. That the deed and all matters relating thereto shall be governed by the
Indian law for breach of any right or obligations of or whatsoever nature
arising out of the bond or employment shall be Deemed to have arisen
within the territorial jurisdiction of Kolkata Courts only.
