the business of providing microfinance loans including other products as well
allowed to the company by the RBI to the  underserved people for income
generating activities and operations through its balances across location in India
which expression shall and unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning there
of be   Deemed to mean and include its Successors and assigns  of the SECOND
PART

The employee company and surety are hearing after individually referred to as a
party and collectively as parties where as the company has agreed to provide the
employee with the employment and for that purpose offered him/her the path of

Now therefore a consideration of  covenants herein contained the parties hereto
agree as follows.

1. That the employee shall during the course of employment during duly the
duly and faithfully device to the execute perform and discharge all the
duties of his or her office without causing any injury loss or damage by
reason of any misstatement act default or misconduct agency violence and
company rules or policies which of duly embezzlement and 
mismanagement to the company

mismanagement on the part of the employee along with interest.

3. Mr. ___________________agrees to stand it's sure it for the performance

of the obligations of the employee under this deed in case of breach of the
terms and terms of this indemnify by the employees and  failure and
indemnify the company the secretary shall jointly and severally liable to
pay the company the amount of Indian rupees to the extent of losses
suffered by the company

4. The amount specified about shall constitute a debts  going to the company
and shall be recoverable from the employee and the security jointly and
severally with interest there on at the rate @ 18 % per annum specified
above till the date of payment.

5. That this deed will continue to be valid until the expiry of six months
subsequent to the date of which the employee is really relieved from the
services of the company.

6. That the deed and all matters relating thereto shall be governed by the
Indian law for breach of any right or obligations of or whatsoever nature
arising out of the bond or employment shall be  Deemed to have  arisen
within the territorial jurisdiction of Kolkata Courts only.
