Taking into account each information expressed in our activity 13, we can conclude and highlight
several aspects in our final report.

We found that our sales execution plan must have a follow-up and solidly based strategies in our e-
commerce, since it gives us the possibility to complete development activities for the future of
CAFECOL, in addition to this our marketing plan it will be the driving force for our aspirations to
advance and consolidate our brand, generating a position for many years maintaining a state of well-
established and well-matured maturity that will not let it decline in our tracking bar.

it consists of capturing each of the activities that were previously carried out and during the
negotiation, as well as the commercial agreement that was finally reached for the execution of the
event scheduled by the company sweets cafecol. the actions that were carried out prior to the
conclusion of the final agreement, consisted in establishing a series of parameters, which were carried
out by the financial department of the organization, among the most important activities, they stand
out, the search for information, is A list of possible candidates for the negotiation process was created,
the foregoing with the main objective of identifying the counterparts that offered the most benefits
for the realization of the event, that is, an economic cost and a high quality standard. Likewise, an
agenda was prepared, which clearly established the conditions of the negotiation process, ie the
resources, the personnel in charge, among other aspects. After having selected the most suitable
candidates to carry out an event of that proportion, a negotiation process was initiated, in which the
services and the respective costs were established, the representatives of the company cafecol,
delivered the budgetary availability that they had for that moment, having as main axis, a good service
at a reasonable cost. After carrying out the negotiation process, in which there were offers and
counteroffers, due to the prices presented by the counterparts, clauses were created in which the
amount of services required, the final costs and the quality of each one of them were established. the
activities, likewise penalties were established for the breach of any of the parties, some of those
penalties were of an economic nature and others entailed some prohibition to re-contract with that
company, that is, a corporate veto. likewise, the respective legal reviews were made, where it verified
compliance with the legal guidelines currently in force in Colombia, since we must remember that no
contract can go against the commercial and civil norms previously established by the legislator.
Finally, the compliance times were set, having as main focus, the shortest payment and the good result
of the contracted services, it was concluded that the duties and rights enjoyed by each of the parties,
was raised an act in which the previously described thing was expressed, later each of the parties read
the document, analyzed it and subscribed it.

CAFECOL will periodically carry out new and innovative sales plans, follow-ups, distribution and
everything related to e-commerce.
