Very Neat with very few mistakes

Requires and appropriate level of supervision - Student is very task oriented and can complete
to a high level of efficiency. Very minimal supervision was necessary after initial instructions given

Heather is always extremely considerate and pleasant. She is an integral part of


the team (her class) at all times, and will always volunteer if additional tasks
are needed to be completed.

Heather is very bright and can foresee the end result in projects. She has the ability to minimal instruction for
project development and run with it while creating a very thorough project for final submission.

Heather is fully engage and is enthusiastic to learn at all times.


Heather always demonstrates an above average integrity and trustworthiness and is always willing to
accept responsibility for her actions.

Heather has a way to express thoughts fluently and intelligently


while working in any project to her peers and faculty.

Heather is always exceptionally respectful of mentoring process and to others; and most definitely exhibits great compassion

Heather has grown exponentially coming into her last semester of


dental hygiene school. She has definitely learned to be consistent
and has successfully established a schedule to comply by.

Heather has worked diligently on projects for clinical development. She was able to create teaching aids for me to a highly efficient manner and was invaluable
with these tools for her classmates learning and for completing tasks for me. DWilson
