RESOLUTION NO.38s2017

“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM

(ABYIP) OF BARANGAY POROT, PANDAN, CATANDUANES”.

WHEREAS, the Task Force shall formulate the Annual Barangay Yuoth Investment
Program (ABYIP) for one fiscal year which shall contain its program, activities and projects,
including allocation for Mandatory Training and SK Federation Orientation and Elections, with
corresponding project costs and the necessary fund flows to approximate the reasonable timing
in the release of funds in conformity with Section 2 of the operational guidelines on the
utilization of SK Funds for Fiscal Year 2018;

WHEREAS, the Task Force shall submit the ABYIP and the corresponding budget to the
Punong Barangay or the Appropriations Committee of the Sangguniang Barangay and shall be
compliant with Section 20 of R.A. No.10742 and Section 2 hereof;

WHEREAS, after approval of the ABYIP, the Task Force on Youth Development shall
prepare the activity design detailing the processes involved and the funds needed for each of
the project included in the ABYIP in conformity with section 12 of the operational guidelines on
the utilization of the SK Funds for Fiscal Year 2018;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Arnel Bernardino with the concurrence of the
body, hereby adopt the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) of Barangay
Porot, Pandan, Catanduanes;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the Task Force on Youth Development of

Barangay Porot, Pandan, Catanduanes hereby adopt the Annual Barangay Youth Investment
Program;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the DILG Office, the
Municipal Mayor and the same to all Officials and other offices concerned for their information
and guidance.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
