AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER

I, LUZ S. LIM, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of San Fernando,
Masbate, after having sworn on oath in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am an applicant for Fish Pond Lease Agreement before the Bureau
of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources covering a swamp land situated at
Daplian, San Fernando, Masbate (FLA No. __________);

2. That I am not anymore interested to pursue my FLA application with the

BFAR Office covering said swamp land;

3. That I interpose no objection to the FLA application of Pedro M. Tresvalles

on the subject swamp land.
